Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Uses very gentle pressure in specified directions to mimic the natural functions of the lymphatic system. MLD moves lymphatic fluid out of the effected tissues and back towards the heart. This process can reduce swelling, decrease pain, encourage relaxation, and boost over all immune function.

- Untreated Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT / blood clot)
- Cellulitis (infection of the skin)
- Fever
