- A 50% non-refundable fee will be charged to all services cancelled without a 24-hour notice.
Policies
- Please allow adequate time to fill out any necessary paperwork and have a brief consultation regarding the session. It is recommended that you arrive 3-5 minutes earlier, or 5-10 minutes earlier if you're a first time visitor, before the start of your appointment. Arriving early for your visit allows you time to relax before the session begins, setting the tone for the relaxing session to follow.
- Please help us keep appointment times for all clients flowing smoothly. Your late arrival will result in a shortened session length. For example: if you arrive 15 minutes late, your one hour session time will be shortened to 45 minutes.
- Cancellation policy: We understand that cancellations are occasionally inevitable. Please show your consideration by calling our office at least 24 hours in advance. This allows others on the waiting list to enjoy our services instead. We reserve the right to bill any client who cancels with less than 24 hours' notice or simply doesn't show up. This action will be taken if its continuous.
- Please note: Full draping is required for all clients, without exception. All services provided by A Balanced Body Massage Therapy Clinic are absolutely professional, and completely respectful in nature.
- All gift certificates do not expire but after one year you have to pay the remaining balance.
- Text alert specials cannot be combined with any other offers or coupons. One time use only.
